I bought one of Barbara's cakes for my daughters graduations. It was a yellow cake with Italian Buttercream frosting with strawberries and blueberries on it. The strawberries had chocolate drizzled on them. One of her Aunt's said that it was the best cake that she has ever eaten ( and I agree) and we all have had our share of cakes in our lives. She works at a resort and said that she is going to tell her boss, so that if he ever wanted to buy a cake that this cake would be the one to get. Barbara does it promptly and with a smile.

I was coordinator for a corporate party during the holiday season last year. I really hadn't an idea of what to get in the way of a cake for the occasion, so I asked Barbara to design a cake with a holiday theme and to make it fit into Bath's shipbuilding heritage. She not only came through with flying colors, but the corporate execs said that this was the best cake they had eaten at such a function. My hat is off to her and I thank Sugar N' Spice cakes from the bottom of my cake loving heart!

I have had a couple of these cakes and they are great. I really like all of the details on them and they taste great. I hope that I get to see more of these cakes around in the future.
